  • Shipping available to most countries.
  • Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your order to ship as some of our items are made to order.
  • Once your order has shipped from KSB, status is available from the carrier. (FedEx or EMS)
  • We are happy to help but we only have as much information as provided by carrier tracking.
  • KSB will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit. Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.
  • KSB is not responsible for customs and import tariffs.

 

   Customer Service Policy

  • The KS Blade irons can replace the blade when it is damaged and it will be charged $ 5 per a blade for the replacing.
  • Due to technical constraints, it is only possible to replace to replace the blade at head office and you are responsible for roundtrip shipping costs.

 

   Precautions

  • Avoid storage in places with high humidity, water and temperature differences. Since all products are made of steel, it can cause rust.
  • Our products are much sharper.
    It pierces well with little force.
    In particular, 1 Tooth products and 2 Tooth products can break through the punching board and hit the floor.

    For safe operation, be sure to use thick punching dedicated soft board.
    Rubber pound board is recommended.
    If you can adjust the force well, I recommend a clear vinyl soft cutting mat 5 mm or more.

    Do not use on ordinary cutting mat (thin green color), wood board, stone board, iron plate.

 

   Management Tips

  • It is recommended to wipe the tool with rust preventive oil before storage. Even if rust occurs, it can be wiped with rust preventive oil or rust remover.

  • All of our products are manufactured after ordering.
    Therefore, we do not accept returns made by ordering mistakes or simple remorse.
