Special Brass
High Strength Brass
High-strength brass refers to the addition of Ni, Al, Sn, Si, Mn, Fe, etc. to copper-zinc alloys.
It has higher strength and hardness than ordinary brass.
Good corrosion resistance and toughness.
Wear resistance is good even under heavy loads.
This is a very special brass for high-grade structures such as construction, bridges, machinery, aircraft, ships (propeller shaft, pump shaft).
We designed this special high-strength brass on the handle and head of the stitching irons.

Information
All of the products of the KS Blade are subjected to special heat treatment as final process for rigidity.
As a result, some stains that occur throughout the tool are natural.
All products are order made tools that go into production immediately upon order,
therefore it takes time to ship.
Precautions
Avoid stroage in places with high humidity, water and temperature differences.
Since all products are made of steel, it can cause rust.
Management Tips
It is recommended to wipe the tool with rust preventive oil before stroage.
Even if rust occurs, it can be wiped with a rust preventive oil or rust remover.
Customer Service Policy
The KS Blade irons can replace the blade when it is damaged and it will be charged $5 per a blade for the replacing.
Due to technical constraints, it is only possible to replace the blade at head office and you are responsible for roundtrip shipping costs.
