This is a ballpoint pen made in the shape of a single punch.
Uni-jetstream refills (SXR-80-38, SXR-80-05, SXR-80-07) are used for the ballpoint pen nibs.
Even with a long ballpoint pen nib, if the thickness is similar, you can cut the length appropriately.
The ballpoint pen nib comes out when the rear knob is turned clockwise,
Turn it counterclockwise to retract the ballpoint pen nib.
If you keep turning it counterclockwise, it will come off so that you can change the ballpoint pen nib.
A typical four-color ballpoint pen is 16.5g.
Given that, this product is quite heavy at 53.5g.
